Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bwm587, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bwm587 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Registration by individuals under 21 years old is forbidden regardless of parental consent or any other circumstance.

bwm587 reserves the right to decline registration applications or to close existing accounts where eligibility conditions are not met, at its sole discretion and without advance notice.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on bwm587. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indone sia, valid email address, and preferred payment method. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

bwm587 will verify the information provided during registration against available databases and may request additional supporting documentation at any time. Account functionality may be restricted pending successful verification. bwm587 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or pending KYC submissions.

Your account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login details and for all activity conducted through your account. bwm587 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all registered accounts. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to provide an additional layer of security beyond your password.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bwm587 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bwm587 does not charge Players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bwm587 accepts no responsibility.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security and fraud checks. bwm587 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the request triggers internal risk controls. Withdrawals will only be released to a payment method registered in the same name as the bwm587 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering within 180 days of the last account activity may be subject to a monthly account inactivity fee of Rp 15.000, deducted from the available balance until the balance reaches zero or account activity resumes. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

bwm587 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bwm587 promotions:

• Each bonus is available to one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the period stated in the promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting.
• bwm587 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus and any winnings derived from it if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the promotion-specific conditions.
• bwm587 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Players who are found to have engaged in systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of automated software to exploit bonus structures — may have their bonus cancelled, their account restricted, and any winnings from such activity confiscated at bwm587's sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

bwm587 offers a range of wagering products including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and more), live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live), slot gacor (high-RTP slot) titles, togel lottery markets, and other games as added to the platform from time to time.

General wagering rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. bwm587 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted by a specific game rule.

Where restoration is not possible, affected bets will be voided and the stake refunded to the Player's account balance.
• bwm587 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on odds or prices that were published erroneously due to a system error, data feed failure, or human error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and potentially suspended.
• For sportsbook markets, bwm587 follows established settlement rules for each sport. Results are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• For togel markets, draw results are sourced from the official draw operators for each respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and others). bwm587 accepts no liability for delays or changes to draw schedules caused by the official operators.

bwm587 reserves the right to restrict or close any betting market at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before it has been settled, if bwm587 determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bwm587 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using bwm587 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bwm587 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, source code, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of bwm587 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bwm587 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

In all cases where bwm587's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, bwm587's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to bwm587 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

bwm587 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player against a bwm587 transaction.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player themselves.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
• Technical or security reasons requiring immediate protective action.

You may voluntarily close your bwm587 account at any time by contacting our support team. Amendments to These Terms

bwm587 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bwm587 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bwm587 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
